I'm based in Birkenhead and I've spent my career in new business sales, in recruitment, software and my own business. The lesson is always the same: whoever gets back to someone first usually wins. Most independent agents know that too, but nobody can answer every enquiry at 8pm on a Tuesday.

Will vendors know they're speaking to an AI?
Yes. Every call starts by saying so. In practice, most people care far more that someone got back to them quickly than about who called. Anyone who would rather speak to a person is passed straight to your team.
What does it sound like?
Natural and conversational, in a British voice, using your agency's name. On our call we'll let you hear it for yourself before you decide anything.
Do we need to change our CRM or software?
No. We work from the enquiry emails and forms you already have and book into your existing diary. Setup takes a few days and we do it for you.
Is this legal?
Calling back someone who has just asked for a valuation, and who has agreed to an automated call back, is very different from cold calling. We only call people in that position, disclose that it's an AI on every call, and give you the consent wording for your forms. If you have your own compliance adviser, we're happy to talk them through exactly how it works.
What happens with enquiries during office hours?
You choose. Some agencies want BOTUVO on evenings and weekends only. Others want every enquiry called within a minute, whatever the time.
What does it cost?
For founding agencies, £75 for each valuation it books that meets your criteria, capped at £450 a month. There's no monthly fee and no setup fee. If it doesn't book anything, you pay nothing.
What if it books a bad valuation?
It asks your qualifying questions first, and you set the rules for what gets booked. You're only charged for valuations that meet the criteria you've agreed.
